When ordering online we use PayPal's secured check out server. If you have any queries regarding PayPal's secured check-out facility please visit their website at www.paypal.com/uk and please also read their terms and conditions of use.
Orders may also be placed directly from the shop by telephone using most major credit or debit cards and American Express.
Stock and Delivery
Goods will be dispatched to the customer after cleared funds are received. Please allow 10 days for Rainbow Club orders.
Internet Sales Returns Policy
Goods can be returned but only as sold in perfect condition i.e. no marks/scratches on soles, no cigarette smoke odour, for a full refund within 7 days (UK) 14 days (all other countries). No refund will be made if goods returned are not in re saleable condition. Any problems occurring with the goods can be returned for repair or a credit note, no cash refund will be given. Goods being returned postage will be paid for by the customer, no refund will be given on return postage.
Shop Returns Policy
At law, customers have no entitlement to a refund unless goods are not of satisfactory quality. Goods for which there is no statutory right to a refund may be exchanged or a credit not issued at the discretion of the Manager, provided the goods are returned with proof of purchase within 7 days of the sale and in saleable condition.
Sale Returns Policy
Sale and specially discounted goods will neither be exchanged nor a credit note issued. This does not affect a customer's statutory rights where goods are not of satisfactory quality.
